Embrace a Life, Save a Life

September 2023

The Embrace a Life, Save a Life event for suicide prevention month was a success. As we fulfill our role as a mental health advocate, we deeply value being a supportive pillar in our community, promoting unity and understanding about mental health. God is so good and We are super grateful for the positive environment, entertainment and valuable mental health resources. Mental health is so important. We can not stress enough how we need to uplift and build each other up. Our minds matter.

"I wanted to build a platform where helping someone is the norm. I want to elevate and push people to do one of the things God has called us to do on this earth and that's to help the needy and the poor."

Self-Awareness

Since 2019, Take My Hand have been giving free self-care makeovers in the month of March to embrace self-love in hopes of supporting mental health in our community.
As people rebuild theirselves from post covid and other areas of stress it’s only right we bring them a day of renewal and refreshment to motivate their journey. Our theme this year is “ You don’t look like what you been through.” We are super excited to have blessed these individuals who needed need a day to feel worthy and confident.
